We really do try to keep all products in stock, but sometimes we do run out for a short time. And, of course, limited edition items do sell out and disappear. If you can't find what you're looking for, please do call us, toll free, at 1-855-642-9244 or email us and we'll do our best to help.

I’m wondering about the flavorings in your flavored coffees. Are they nut-free?

A.

Our coffee flavorings are a proprietary combination of both natural and artificial flavors from essences that impart flavor while remaining allergen free. There is no gluten, sugar or nut allergens in our flavorings. So go ahead - enjoy! If you have any medical condition, it's always a good idea to check with your doctor to determine whether drinking coffee (or tea) might pose any health problems for you.

What is the shelf life of your coffee?

A.

12 months. You see, the very oxygen we humans need to live is the mortal enemy of fresh coffee. That's why most good coffee uses the little "de-gas" valve you see on the front of our coffee bags. The de-gas valve lets the coffee emissions escape, but prevents oxygen from getting in. But we don't stop there. We also vacuum pack our coffee to remove every last bit of oxygen from the bag. And the combined process of vacuum packaging paired with the degas valve keeps your coffee fresh for 12 months. Once you open the bag, we recommend that you roll down the top tightly to keep it fresh.

I got my shipment. Some of the bags are like bricks and others are fluffy. Why is that?

A.

Sometimes a bag or two will decompress during shipping at high altitudes, becoming hard. There is nothing wrong with the coffee! You see, the two way valve on the coffee bag allows the coffee emissions to exit, but don't let oxygen in because oxygen is the enemy of freshness. Incidentally, this happens more with whole bean coffees than with ground. No worries, your coffee is fine. Enjoy!

Do you sell single serve coffee pods or single serve packets?

A.

We do! We have "mini-bags" that each brew a 10-cup pot of coffee. We also have 1/2oz Filter Packs (pods) that make a 4-cup pot. They're great for office, gifting, hotels, dorms or even just to spare yourself the measuring. However, we do not produce the "liquid" pods.

Does your coffee come in “K-cups”?

A.

Yes! We have Lion Original & Vanilla Macadamia K-Cups. Plus, you can use any Ekobrew filter which fits into Keurig, Cuisinart, Breville & Mr. Coffee single-serve brewers. Which means you can use any of our coffees with your K-Cup brewer.
