- 8 tbsp Costa Rican coffee (finely ground)
- 2 cups cold water
- 1 tsp sugar

Instructions
- Put water into 1 qt saucepan and bring to boil.
- Place coffee into strainer lined with cheesecloth (or Cafezinho bag).
- Pour boiling water over coffee into coffee pot or hot pitcher.
- Add sugar to taste.
