Wong has three restaurant locations presenting Hawaii Regional Cuisine throughout the Islands including Alan Wong's Honolulu, The Pineapple Room and Alan Wong's Shanghai. Since his restaurant doors opened in 1995, Wong has worked with local farmers to harvest the best Hawaii grown and raised products.
